Singer-songwriter Harcsa Veronika and guitarist Bálint Gyémánt have been classmates at the Liszt Ferenc Academy in Budapest in the jazz department. Although Veronika continued her studies in Brussels and Balint in Oslo they became the most important musical collaboration for each other. Since then they have worked together on 8 albums, played at numerous festivals in 25 countries around the world. In the past few years their collaboration as an acoustic duo got to be the base for them, although they registered their last studio album “Shapeshifter” as a quartet together with two belgian musicians.
They have successfully arranged to have a complete sound only with a voice and a guitar through their music that is inspired from personal experiences full of depth, liberty and humour. The audience is invited to witness the meeting point of contemporary jazz and improvised pop music.
